Welcome to Prague Lymphoma Lab - Laboratory of Experimental and Translational Hematology

Prague Lymphoma Lab (PLL) is located at the Institute of Pathological Physiology of the First Medical Faculty of the Charles University. PLL focuses on translational research of malignant lymphomas.

Main research areas include:

-establishment and characterization of novel preclinical models of malignant lymphomas including new (patient-validated) cell lines and patient-derived murine xenografts (PDXs)

-experimental treatment approaches in aggressive lymphomas

-molecular mechanisms of drug resistance and potential new druggable targets

-role of hypoxia in malignant lymphoma biology and chemoresistance
